    Very poorly run insurance company (3rd party insurance broker), Employees/owner owner seems scattered brained and you have to make sure the coverage they say you have is what you have. I have brought my bill in to try to make sense of it and they give some run around answer blaming it on the providers. I would keep looking for a insurance company that sells/knows its own products and is not run like a small town circus.

    Rudest staff ever. We canceled our account here and went to bmo after it was an issue cashing in my duaghters change she saves. Cold hearted high fees. No forgiveness.

    So much for a zero tolerence on bullying. Nothing ever gets done either at school or on the bus, and communication between parents, teachers, and admin is terrible. What happened, what's being done to resolve, how do we prevent this from happening again? Staff should be held accountable when they don't though with this. The school does have good programs and a great PTA. But we may look to move our kids out.
